These papers really do let you grind finer without stalling the brew, and my V60 drain time dropped noticeably. The lower resistance is a game changer for pulling out more sweetness in the cup, and they hold up well during the pour.
I was skeptical that a piece of paper could change my brew that much, but these FAST filters genuinely cut my drawdown time without sacrificing extraction. Grinding a few clicks finer now gives me a sweeter, cleaner cup than I ever got with the stock V60 papers.
