The steep-and-release Clever Coffee Dripper is great for achieving an even extraction and a quick drawdown. Typically, the recommended brew ratio is 70-75g of coffee per litre of water with immersion brew methods. However, you can try using a slightly lighter dose of 60-65g per litre for more clarity and brightness without compromising texture and mouthfeel. Feel free to experiment to find the perfect balance for your taste preferences.
