The blend of Altamira de Chirripó and El Meridiano really shines at this harvest cycle—there's a bright, fruity acidity that carries through to a smooth finish. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the cup feels alive, if that makes any sense. Between the two origins, it's a genuinely interesting
