Sibarist B3 Filters

I’ve been brewing smaller batches with a medium-coarse grind and the sweetness really comes through, cup after cup. The filter is forgiving enough that my pour-over doesn’t stall, yet the body feels richer than with my old papers. Definitely my new go-to for a mellow, full-flavored morning brew.

The flow rate on these filters is noticeably faster than my old ones, so my morning pour-over finished in about a minute less. That coarser grind setting they mention really does bring out a rounder, sweeter body in a small batch cup, which is exactly what I was chasing.

I’m not usually one to notice a big difference with paper filters, but these handled my medium-coarse grind and smaller batch beautifully. The cup came out noticeably sweeter and fuller-bodied, and the slower drawdown made my morning pour-over feel almost effortless.
