Aquiares

I brewed this as my first cup of the morning and the soft, chewy body with that baked-sugar sweetness made it feel more like a dessert than a coffee. The floral hint lingers just enough to keep it interesting without being perfumey. Definitely a new favorite for slow weekend mornings.

First cup this morning and the flora notes are unmistakable — it’s delicate but with that soft, chewy body that lingers nicely. I’m already planning to order another bag before this one runs out.

The baked-sugar sweetness really comes through in every sip, and there's a soft, chewy mouthfeel that I haven't found in other Costa Rican beans. Flowers show up just enough to make it interesting without overpowering the cup.
