The Heza Hills half gives it a subtle sweetness that lingers nicely after each sip, while the La Esperanza keeps everything balanced without turning bitter. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a clean, medium-bodied cup that worked just as well black as with a splash of oat milk.

The 50/50 split between Heza Hills and La Esperanza gives it this really clean, balanced sweetness that comes through whether I brew it as a pour-over or in my French press. Medium body is spot on—not too heavy, not thin—and it's been my go-to morning cup all week.

Brewed a V60 this morning and the sweetness really came through—balanced enough that I didn't need any sugar. Medium body makes it perfect for a long black, and it stayed smooth even as it cooled.
